Amy Nored Howard M.S.,CCC-SLP graduated from the University of Mississippi with both her bachelor's and master's degree in communicative disorders. She has always worked with the pediatric population and loves it. From 1997 to 2004, Amy worked on the Department of Defense early intervention team at Camp Lejeune. In 2004, she started Speech 4 Kidz, Inc. Amy has worked with children with articulation delays, apraxia, expessive/receptive language delays, fluency and autism spectrum disorders. She has 3 children and enjoys spending time with her family!

Graduated from the University Northern Iowa in 2000 with a Master of Arts degree, with an emphasis in Neurogenic Communication Disorders. She has been working exclusively in the 0-3 year old population for the past 9 years. Laura really enjoys this age group and finds it very rewarding to see the progress children can make at these ages. She especially enjoys teaching children basic sign language, working with children with apraxia of speech and autism spectrum disorders.

Kelly DuQue, M.A.,CCC-SLP. Kelly graduated from University of Northern Iowa with a Masters of Arts in 2000. Her heart has always been in pediatrics and has specialized in that area since then. She is VitalStim certified and enjoys working with feeding and swallowing as well as all speech and language disorders.

Amy has received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, and has been working with the preschool population since 2000. In addition to speech therapy, Amy has training in early childhood development and experience educating families on the use of alternative communication systems such as American Sign Language, picture exchange systems and assistive technology.

Chamika Smokes is a native of Wilmington, North Carolina and graduated from Cape Fear Community College with an A.A.S. in Speech-Language Pathology Assistant. Chamika has been providing speech therapy services to the pediatric population for more than seven years.

Graduated in 1997 with a B.S. degree in Child Development and Family Studies. She has enjoyed working with the birth through kindergarten population in various preschools as lead teacher and was also the education coordinator for the Headstart program. Cristy is now certified as an Infant Toddler Family Specialist and works exclusively with children 0 to 3 years who are eligible for the Children's Developmental Services Agency. She lives in Wilmington with her husband and 3 young children. Cristy enjoys spending time with her family on the boat or at the beach!

Elizabeth "Liz" Cooper is a board certified speech language pathologist and holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech Language and Hearing Association. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana State University and a Master of Arts degree from California State University, Long Beach. She has been employed in pediatric private practices in California and Louisiana and has worked for the Camp Lejeune Dependent School System in North Carolina. From 2004 to 2008, she owned a private practice in Northern Virginia providing in-home and school-based therapy. Her areas of specialty include: apraxia, articulation disorders and receptive and expressive language disorders resulting from various developmental disabilities.

Colette Medlin is a certified speech language pathologist in Jacksonville, NC. ĘShe received her undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa in 2002 and Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Kansas State University in 2004. ĘColette moved to North Carolina in August 2004 and worked in the preschool program of Onslow county schhold for 2 years. She has been with Speech 4 Kidz, Inc. since August of 2006. ĘColette's husband is in the United States Marine Corps and they have a little boy named Jack.
